Hi, I'm Tracy!


After my first year practicing law, I knew that I was made to do something more. I just didn’t know what. 

So, I hired a career counselor and took every personality test out there: Myers-Briggs, the Strong Interest Inventory, the Livermore Achievement Motivation Process – all to no avail. One test actually told me that I should be a shepherd. A shepherd, people!?! WTH?

While I looked successful, I felt bored, distracted, and all over the place. Worst of all, I knew that I wasn't living to my potential. I couldn't figure out why I cared so much about these things that my friends did not.



Then my son was diagnosed with ADHD. 

Soon after, I too was diagnosed with ADHD.

I began learning everything I could about ADHD.

Then I hit my stride.

I started the podcast (today it's in the top .05% of all podcasts worldwide) and Facebook Group, ADHD for Smart Ass Women and became an ADDCA certified ADHD coach.

Today, with the benefit of hindsight, I realize that none of this should have been a surprise. I already knew it all, just as I knew my purpose: I’ve always felt most alive, most connected, and most like myself when talking about, encouraging, or studying human potential.


The problem was I couldn't connect the dots…

and didn't know how to make this information relevant to my life. So instead, it remained in notebooks gathering dust for close to two decades until I began asking the same questions I had asked my career counselor years earlier. 

Through trial and error, and immersive research and planning, I developed the patented Coretography PROCESS to help you understand yourself and what you're meant to do with your life, the first time.

Step 1: Where Do Values Come From And Why Are They Important?


In Step 1, we’re going to learn why values are the foundation of all the decisions that we will make in our lives. We will talk about where our values come from and how we often adopt values as our own that are not our values. Then we will explore what we THINK we actually value.


Step 2: What Do You Value?


In Step 2 you’re going to figure out what you actually value? Once you figure that out, everything else starts falling into place. I will tell you that I've had so many students, who believe that they know what they value, but once they go through the Values Checklist, they come back and say, "Oh my gosh I really thought I knew what I valued but I didn't have a clue and maybe that's the problem in my life!"

Step 3: Your Character Strengths


In Step 3 we’re going to talk about our Character Strengths; what they are, how they’re different from our values and why it’s so important for those of us with ADHD brains to know what our character strengths are.

Step 4: The Passion Formula


So many brilliant ADHD people fall into this "I'm good at everything” trap. Well just because you're good at it does not mean that you should do it for the rest of your life! So that begs the question, what should you do? Start with the Passion Formula. This is where you will discover where your talents, skills, superpowers and ultimately your passions intersect.

Step 5: The Purpose Formula


In this step we will learn the difference between Passion and Purpose.  Everyone makes such a big deal out of Purpose. What if I choose your purpose, thinking it's my purpose but it isn't? I promise you it's not that complicated; we'll do it together. I will also teach you how to tap into positive emotion which is so important to our ADHD brains; and finally we’ll end with you declaring an actual Purpose.

Step 6: Your A-OK Intelligence Report


It’s surprising the connections that our ADHD brains can make when everything is all in one place. Remember, I created this system because I had so many resources that I collected about myself over the years but no way to connect them. Well, I wanted to give you that resource.
